Everything from the
filter to the fan
Six services that cover the whole grease path. Most kitchens need two or three of them on a standing schedule — we’ll tell you which, and we won’t sell you the rest.
Hood & duct cleaning
The core service, and the one your fire inspector actually looks at. We open every access panel on the system — hood, plenum, horizontal run, vertical riser — and clean what’s behind each one down to bare metal. Nothing gets coated or powdered afterward to disguise what’s left.
- Hood interior and plenum hand-scraped, then washed
- Filters pulled, soaked and degreased separately
- Horizontal and vertical duct runs opened and cleaned
- New access panels cut and fitted where the run is unreachable
- Hood exterior polished, stainless left streak-free
Rooftop & exhaust fan service
A cleaning that stops at the hood leaves the two dirtiest components untouched. Grease travels up the riser and collects in the fan housing, where it drips back down the duct and out onto the roof. We lift the fan off its hinge and clean both sides of it.
- Fan lifted, housing and blade degreased
- Blade checked for balance and buildup-related wobble
- Belts, bearings and hinge kit inspected
- Fan reseated square, with the hinge working as designed
- Roof surface around the curb washed down
Grease containment
Grease that reaches the roof becomes a landlord problem fast — membranes degrade, and the repair bill lands on the tenant. Containment catches it at the fan before it spreads.
- Rooftop catch system sized to your fan and fitted to the curb
- Absorbent media installed and swapped on a route
- Existing containment emptied and re-packed at every visit
- Photos of the roof condition on each service
- Membrane damage flagged early, in writing
Filter exchange
Baffle filters are the first line of defence and the easiest thing to neglect, because cleaning them means someone on your crew spends an hour at the sink. We run a swap route instead.
- Clean set delivered, dirty set collected
- Filters washed off-site in a commercial degreaser
- Damaged or warped baffles replaced, not returned
- Correct filter type and size confirmed against your hood
- Runs on its own schedule, independent of the deep clean
Kitchen deep cleaning
The grease that isn’t in the duct is on everything else — wall tile, ceiling grid, equipment casings, the tops of things nobody looks at. Done overnight, in the same window as the hood work.
- Walls, ceiling grid and light fixtures degreased
- Equipment exteriors, legs and casters cleaned
- Behind and beneath the cook line pulled and washed
- Floor drains flushed and treated
- Floors degreased and squeegeed dry before we leave
Compliance documentation
The service is only worth what you can prove. Every visit produces a paper trail your inspector, your insurer and your corporate office will all accept.
- Dated before and after photos at every access point
- Certificate of cleaning emailed before you open
- Service sticker on the hood with date and next due date
- Grease depth measurements recorded where relevant
- Full service history kept on file and available on request
Once, or on a schedule
The work is identical either way. The difference is whether the calendar is your problem or ours.
